Facilitation:

While The Big Picture Perspective has a huge reservoir of expertise in subjects ranging from health care economics to high tech product marketing, our mode of consulting, training and coaching tends to be facilitative, as opposed to expertise based. We have learned by working with clients that when they develop their own processes, their results are self-sustaining long after we leave. We do not want to encourage dependence. We facilitate board retreats, new product brainstorming sessions, strategy sessions and large-scale change processes among others. We also facilitate structured team and simulation experiences.
